You may be right.  I think we are starting to have some pendulum swing back to VBAC among obstetricians as well.  Over time I hear more talk about decreasing cesarean rates, especially in hospital admin meetings.  Cesarean rates are being used as a measure of hospital quality, and people are looking for ways to bring them down.  For that reason and others, VBAC is on the rise I think.  I look forward to seeing what the NIH has to say, to seeing whether or not it has a substantial impact on practice guidelines and practice.</description>
